A Part of Columbus History....

My husband and I were at a friend's 50th birthday gathering last weekend and the following you tube sensation came up in conversation....does anyone remember when TV in Columbus was fun? Top Fortune 500 Companies Changed Up a Bit!

Sometimes it is good to see the "big picture". GE is in a lot of different categories, but one of things that seemed interesting was their financial side seems to be going back on track. The other one is Bank of America and they are trying to get into our local market. They just bought out Countrywide and seem to be a "stable giant".

Let's hope that the economy continues to edge back up as we enter an intriguing spring market. We have been busy, and are hearing the same from other agents!

Tax Day is Over!

OK, now those of you who are getting tax refunds, let's think of a constructive way to invest your dollars! Real Estate is the best place to start investing. Rents are up across the board and there are plenty of folks who would prefer to rent. Just make sure you use an experienced agent who will help guide you in your quest to be the perfect landlord! Of course there are tax advantages to becoming a landlord on top of having someone else make your mortgage payment. What else could I talk about on this notorious day?
