We are seeing a surge of interest in our listings and it is causing us to get a little excited in the office. Ever the positive thinkers, we think 2012 will be a break through year for a lot of people. We can see that there has been a pent up demand for homes. Open houses are filled with people who seem genuinely ready to make a move and jump in the market.
This week alone, we have three homes get multiple offers on them. Yes. Multiple offers and I had to dust off my multiple offer clauses to counter offer them! These listings weren't all new ones! This causes us to have bursts of singing in the office! Just kidding, because no one wants to hear me sing!
Just putting this out there to serve as a postive note that things are looking up and timing is everything. Our office is open to serve you and is awaiting your calls!
