Before & After....Six Minute Redo!

One of my agents , Tayler, and I ran to the warehouse, took out some bedding, chairs, pillows, etc and did this makeover in less than six minutes!  It's fun and actually therapeutic for me.  One of my clients just told me that their home had never look prettier.  We "soft stage" and feel we do help our homes get offers more quickly with a little staging!  Outside of the six minutes, we did have new carpeting and paint done before we "staged" it!  what an uplifting look for this room!

Staging Time!

We all know that staging a home is an asset that needs to be done to get the highest and best price for a home...today was all about staging.  Sometimes we disagree with a color choice, sometimes people have budget constraints but we all work together in the end to help the sellers choose which items need to be done, which are marginal and which definitely have to be done! 

As you can see, there was wall to wall carpeting and red accents that were
our client's taste and lovely, however, most buyers are looking for crisp clean
hardwood floors, beautiful fireplace and a place they can come home to and feel
relaxed and homey.

After only about 1.5 hours, we able to transform the room to look
like this! (No including the time it took to take out carpeting
and re-stain the floors!).  Just a few tweaks and we feel it is show ready for
more buyers and looks like it is "move in" ready!
