I missed the actual "hug" maybe because I had welled up a little? I don't know, but this was the sweetest "hand off" of a home from a 40 plus year residence to a young lady who made a bold move from Utah to Columbus Ohio! She flew in for a week and we found this cute little mid century ranch home in Hilliard. So fun to be a part of all of this.
