Grand Opening...come right in!

Life is a commitment to do your best all the time in spite of what is going on with background noise which is what we are all juggling with right now. I know I have many balls in the air right now, but love what I am doing. I hope you will join me in discussions regarding real estate in Columbus Ohio.

With the changes taking place in the market place it is more important than ever to understand the nuances that can make or break a transaction. People are frightened that they are not buying at the exact right moment, but if you wait for that exact moment, you will miss the opportunity. Guaranteed. This is not an exact science. Emotions come into play, and when all is said and done and you look back, hopefully you will have survived without too many bruises and a tidy profit. Those of us who have been in the business for 25 years can remember other trying times and wish we would have capitalized on it at that time. Don't be a "would have should have" kind of buyer...dive in and see what is out there!

Talk to a real estate agent who knows the market and lives it every day. You will know the difference once you meet on who loves the business and is in it for the right reasons. Interview a few or visit open houses to catch the personality of the agents who work the area you are looking in. Ask for the team leader and let them know what you expect, if you like text message versus phone calls, if you prefer to gather your own data etc. They will match you with the best agent for you.

Here's to getting to know one another and chatting about real estate! I will have the coffee pot ready! Susan
