Now, back to school fun and back to work until the holidays! We do work pretty much every weekend and day during the spring and summer markets when you are in residential real estate. I have the good fortune of having the best team in the country to back me up when I took a few days off recently. It is a good feeling. I never go away for more than a few days and never "disconnect" fully unless compelled by necessity.
