We have had a remarkable start to the year with lots of phone calls and inquiries. If you have been holding off putting your home on the market, don't do it much longer! When people have cabin fever, they are out looking at open houses, calling our hotlines, and looking on line. There is a window of opportunity and it is fleeting before people get busy with weddings, end of school activities and vacations.
I think when we are cooped up in our homes for longer periods of times, that is when we notice the spaces that may need a little more elbow room or the wasted spaces where we start to realize that we could downsize a little.
I, for one, am looking forward to spring and seeing my first Robin!
