Think about it...at an all time low! If you listen to the media, you will not buy. But, when you are down the road 10-15 years, you will say "what was I thinking"? 3.65% on a 15 year term is available for purchase. Think about scaling down and getting your mortgage paid off early! Everyone seems to be simplifying their lives, so if this is in your plan for the next few year, let's talk! Don't sit there mesmerized by all the negatives. Life is meant to be lived in a positive light. Just readjust your expectations a little and buy below your means.
