The Year of Changing Markets is 2012...May Swing to a Seller's Market!

This is strictly my opinion, but we are experiencing a shortage of listings! Listings seem to be selling much more quickly than last year at this same time.  There are fewer homes on the market making it harder to find the right home for our buyers.
