The Asian Festival, held every Memorial Day Weekend at Franklin Park, is an example of what makes Columbus such a culturally-rich area for your family. It's full of free of local and national entertainers, a wonderful array of foods from Asia and even free health screenings.
The 2012 Asian Festival will have activities starting with Culinary activities in Franklin Park Community Gardens on May 20th, 2012 and May 23, 2012. The Asian Festival is proud to feature performances and arts reflecting both traditional and contemporary arts from Asia, so come out and see what everyone loves about this Festival!
Twenty one teams will participate in the race in the exciitng Dragon Boat Race. The winning team will receive an award and be recognized in the 2013 Dragon Boat race event. As part of this celebration they will be “dotting the eye of the Dragon” in the beginning of the races.
· Asian History Exhibit will be featured in the Adventure Center.
