Yes, Staging is an Awesome Way to Get Buyers in the Mood!

For my open house a couple of weeks ago, the owners put this together from the Internet. What a great way to connect a buyer with your kitchen.  I was tempted to have a sip, but was a good girl.  Just the block of Parmesan cheese made you want to start cooking!

Thankful for sellers who "get it" and help us in our desire to get their homes sold! It still takes all parties working together...now if those pesky high schoolers would just leave our signs alone!  "Yes, your sign is down at the high school, Mrs. Wainfor!"
