Northam Park Listing....What a great location for an Instagram!

So, I have been doing more on Instagram just due to the fact that I have a 13 year old daughter (actually 13 as of tomorrow).  I have found it to be mesmerizing!  Sometimes you just have to look at it and play with it to get how unbelievable technology has gotten. I was at my open house at 2726 Henthorn (click HERE for more info)  overlooking the park and shot this photo.  I was able to place the fonts over the photo within a few seconds.  Then, got a visitor who was across the street at the football game! That is instant gratification for a realtor!  This world is moving too fast sometimes!
