Fall Changes are in the Air...but the Market is Still Fantastic!

Rates are pretty stable, home prices are increasing and school is back in session.  So, if you are thinking of selling your home or buying a home  in the Columbus area, please give us a call!  There is a natural lull during the end of August. It is hard to remember and always makes me nervous.  But, it always picks back up that 3rd weekend in September. This is straight from our personal experience.  I have written down my ebbs and tides over the years. It's kind of like a Realtor's Almanac!  Time to make some s'mores on the patio!
