Sometimes it pays to keep going....Bank owned Property Closed today!

What a lovely spot for our buyers to enjoy this winter!  Looks like a Christmas card!  We had a lot of bumps with the bank and with their lender, but overall we just persevered and got one of the nicest homes in Dublin!  Thankful for happily ever afters! Third closing of the year for us, with more scheduled...the market is very hot now even when the weather is freezing!
