Did you see that home? Or, did you SEE that home? Maybe you could get away with an odd colored home or pink for that matter in Key West, but in Columbus Ohio it might not appeal to the average home buyer. Not that we don't see them, but it does make sense that when you are selling your home, a nice neutral and warm tone works well. We have taken many classes on how to make your home stand out and make an impression on buyers. Staging your home to sell is key.
Making a statement with color as an accent is best. Getting attention for all of the right reasons will better suit your selling process.
