Why it is a savvy idea to purchase in Dec/January versus the spring and summer markets. You can see that you would buy a home for approximately $10-20 per sq ft less in the winter months. Think about it! Less money for movers, homes and more than likely closing costs if you are shopping. If you can handle the cold, then step into the hottest time to buy.
