Please know that things are hopping here in our office! We worked 5 contracts all weekend, and got 3 new listings. The April 30th deadline is approaching rapidly and everyone is trying to get in contract prior to the expiration of the tax credits. I am fairly certain that they will not be extending this later. So, if you snooze, you just might lose $6500-8,000 dollars! Call us quickly!
