The past few days have been hectic, with showings and listings, but we have been seeing homes with geo-thermal heat in them this week. It used to be that people would shy away from this as it seemed like it was something very complicated. Well, more people are seeing it as a viable heat source in Columbus Ohio. I would say listing one and showing two with geothermal heat sounds like a very good trend!
