You can tell we had a bleak dreary winter with all of the folks we saw along the way on our spring break! Everyone said the same thing: this was the worst winter ever!
There were of course the "I survived the Blizzard of '78" group on Facebook which was very telling until...we got a record amount of snow here in 2010! Our kids can now have bragging rights too!
Things seem to be going full speed ahead for a brisk spring market and everyone is out to find a home by the end of April to take advantage of the tax breaks. This has had an impact on everything including home furnishings, contracting, and appliances. This is all good news for every industry. We are welcoming it with open arms!
May we have the warm week that they are predicting and put this winter behind us for good!
