The past 2 months were very busy for our team and now we are just waiting a bit to get a feeling for what is in store for the rest of the year. There has been absolutely no mention of an extension for the tax credit, so we believe this is the end for now. I personally wish they would extend a tax incentive for everyone including multi-family housing. Not for $8,000 but maybe $5000? That would help everyone, not just those who might fit a certain profile. There have been a fair number of people telling us that they were disappointed because they missed a deadline by a month or two. Which leads to the saying "life isn't always fair". But, now we will see what the true market will bear in the coming months.
